Building sustainable performance, at a global scale

Craftsmen of organizational culture, built for a world in constant transformation.

Our convictions

What we believe. Why we do it.

Over more than a decade of operating across diverse markets (from Central and Eastern Europe to the Middle East and Africa) we have developed a firm conviction: organizational performance is a deliberate construct, not a product of circumstance. Every project we deliver reflects that philosophy.

Performance with purpose

Every programme starts from a measurable business challenge. If we cannot tie the work to a result, we redesign the work, not the metric.

Diversity as competitive advantage

Four generations, multiple cultures, one operating system. We design for the team mix our clients actually have; diversity is an operating advantage when capability building respects it.

Transformation through execution

Strategy follows the way teams actually work. We make change happen at the level of daily routines, manager rituals and team conversations, where transformation actually lives.

Human capital as a value multiplier

When capability compounds, business compounds. Our engagements leave clients with stronger internal capability, not dependency on external consulting.

A message from leadership

“Performance is not what happens when everything goes right. It is what you build so that things keep going right, even when they don't.?

What distinguishes great organizations from good ones is rarely strategy. It is the quality of execution, and the depth of the human capabilities that make execution possible. Marco Polo CEE operates as an integral part of the broader Marco Polo Performance network, drawing on a global methodology while delivering with local precision. Whether we are working with a multinational leadership team in Warsaw or a fast-scaling commercial force in Casablanca, the standard is the same: rigorous, relevant, results-driven. What keeps me engaged after years in this field is simple: the moment a team realises it is performing at a level it did not think possible.

The group

Founded in Romania. Part of Marco Polo Performance.

Marco Polo CEE was founded in Romania as part of Marco Polo Performance, by a small team of senior business directors with backgrounds in FMCG, services and learning & education. Every one of our consultants brings more than twenty years in senior strategic and executive roles, directly involved in large business transformation, turnaround and new-business set-up programmes.

Every engagement is a discovery, a challenge and an exchange, where shared objectives lead to solutions that are useful and that last. Together we design and operate the systems that meet your objectives: building a commercial strategy or challenging the existing one, growing your people, completing a team, or building an organization.
