Capability
Sales & Customer Experience
Commercial capability built on the customer's business case, not on the seller's product pitch, and a service experience that earns the next conversation.
Our point of view
Buying changed faster than selling. Buyers often know as much as sellers, decisions sit with a wider group of stakeholders, and “solutions” language is met with scepticism. The move we build is from transactional to advisory: from product-based conversations with middle management and price as the only differentiator, to conversations with the whole decision-making structure where the differentiator is fit with the customer's business, and the risk of being replaced drops.
Programmes
What we build inside Sales & Customer Experience.

Consultative Selling
A High Performance Learning Journey that moves a sales team from transactional to consultative, diagnose before you prescribe, and build the customer's business case with them.

Consultative Selling with DISC
The same rigorous method, plus a behavioural read of the person in front of you, so the approach adapts in real time to how that buyer actually buys.

Sales Academy
A participant-centred development journey for a whole sales organization: define the picture of success, measure the real gap with an assessment centre, then build only what is missing.

Persuasion Mastery
Influence without authority, grounded in evidence and structure rather than charisma.

SalesPilot: Mindset, AI & Sales Process
Where commercial mindset, a disciplined process and AI-assisted preparation meet, including the tools your sellers will actually have open during the call.

Value Creation Sales
In a multi-stakeholder buying environment, consultative selling is no longer enough. This programme moves the team from identifying needs to co-creating solutions.

Account Management
Grow the accounts you already have, with a portfolio analysis, a purchasing-centre map and a written growth plan for the next year.

Negotiation Excellence
Negotiation as method, not personality, explore, propose, bargain, close, with your back against the wall practised in the room rather than in the account.

Customer Experience: Count to 7!
Managing challenging conversations: a transformational programme on understanding yourself first, then the person who is angry with you.

Sales Mastery
Not a training programme, a strategic repositioning process for mature, high-performing sales teams who are working harder for the same result.

Hunting & Farming Skills
Two different jobs with two different skill sets, built deliberately rather than assumed to coexist in one person.
Our methodology
The High Performance Learning Journey.
Developed with Robert Brinkerhoff, one of the leading international experts on effective learning and the evaluation of training effectiveness. Workshops are for practice, not for teaching. Everything around them exists so the behaviour survives the walk back to the desk.
Personal commitment to the journey
A motivated person works hard at their own development. This first step needs management involvement and a picture of personal success: how it feels, how it looks, which behaviours produce it. The method used here is coaching.
Building the knowledge foundation
Each participant receives exactly the minimum information needed to raise performance, and no more, acquired through individual study. The webinars and in-room sessions of an HPLJ are dedicated to practice, not to teaching.
Developing and practising skills
The step where new behaviours are tested repeatedly and feedback is used as the instrument that raises performance.
Consolidating results
The final step: newly learned skills are tested in the working environment and developed continuously through several methods, carried by the PROMOTE platform.
Event-based training
2.5 in 10
participants improve their performance and sustain it
High Performance Learning Journey
6 in 10
participants improve their performance and sustain it
Kirkpatrick research: in classic event-based training, only 2.5 participants out of 10 improve their performance and sustain it. In a High Performance Learning Journey the same research puts it at 6 in 10.
Start a conversation
Which part of Sales & Customer Experience are you trying to build?
If you are evaluating how to build capability that actually changes the way your organization works, we can help you define the right starting point, cohort design and delivery sequence.
The first conversation is diagnostic. We discuss your context, priorities, maturity, and where capability building can create measurable leverage.
