Sales & Customer Experience

Persuasion Mastery

Influence without authority, grounded in evidence and structure rather than charisma.

The business challenge

Why organizations ask for this.

Salespeople and professionals struggle to influence decisions and build trust in increasingly complex interactions. The proposal is sound; it was simply never made persuasive to the person who had to say yes.

Approach & methodology

How the programme actually runs.

2 modules · 5 weeks · Face-to-face, practice-heavy

  1. The neuroscience of persuasion

What actually moves a decision, and why the rational case on its own rarely does.

  2. Emotional intelligence in the room

Reading the person in front of you and adapting without losing the argument.

  3. Role-play for real situations

Practice on the participants' own live proposals, with feedback after each round.

Confidence

Hold your position under challenge, and concede when the evidence says so.
