Project Management

Practical delivery discipline for the people who run projects without the job title.

The business challenge

Why organizations ask for this.

Projects fail to meet objectives because of poor planning, unclear roles and no follow-up, usually run by people who were never trained to run projects.

  1. Initiation

Scoping, objectives and the stakeholder map, before anything is committed.

  3. Closure

Handover into operations and the review that makes the next project better.

  4. Applied to a live project

The whole lifecycle is run against a project the participants actually own.
