Management & Leadership
Women in Leadership
A nine-month growth journey that turns mid-career potential into real leadership, your head takes the workshops, your heart takes the peer circle, and your hands take a capstone project presented to the senior leadership team.
The business challenge
Why organizations ask for this.
Pipelines do not thin by accident. They thin at the points where confidence, visibility, sponsorship and business fluency compound, and those are exactly the points where generic leadership programmes are silent. Companies that are serious about a strong presence of women in senior positions have to build it deliberately.
