Problem Solving

High Impact Skills

Problem Solving

Define the real problem first. Most solution effort is spent on the wrong one.

The business challenge

Why organizations ask for this.

Teams react to issues instead of addressing root causes, so the same problems recur wearing different symptoms and the second fix costs more than the first.

Approach & methodology

How the programme actually runs.

3 modules · 6 weeks · Blended · uses the client's real problems

  1. Root-cause analysis

The 5 Whys and the Fishbone diagram, applied until the answer stops being comfortable.

  2. Creative ideation

Structured option generation, so the first idea is not the only idea.

  3. Structured implementation planning

Testing a solution before scaling it, and deciding how you will know it worked.
