Time Management

Self Awareness & Personal Development

Time Management

Attention as the scarce resource, and the systems that protect it.

The business challenge

Why organizations ask for this.

Poor prioritisation and overload cause stress, burnout and reduced productivity. Calendars fill with other people's priorities and the important is permanently postponed by the urgent.
