Presentation Skills

Build it well, deliver it well, and handle what comes after, for technical and non-technical audiences alike.

The business challenge

Why organizations ask for this.

Most presentations are structured for the presenter's comfort rather than the audience's decision, and the Q&A, where the decision actually happens, is entirely unprepared.

Approach & methodology

How the programme actually runs.

  1. Needs assessment

Pre-workshop sessions to identify the team's needs, review the tone and voice, and calibrate the programme to the real presentation instances.

  2. Day 1: Engagement

Presentation build-up; quick-thinking tools; calibrating technical and non-technical language for the audience in front of you.

  3. Day 2: Communication

Emotion management; audience research and management; body language; mimicry, voice and pace; rhetorical delivery.

  4. Between sessions

Reflection assignments that embed the previous day.

  5. Follow-up

Video-based review of a real presentation.
